Rice so undercooked it's like chewing on gravel. And so much more wrong with it. Best part about this experience was leaving to find something else to eat.
Really sad u have to pay for a cup to put salsa in unless u don't mind 10 trips to the salsa bar with the sample cups just sayin pretty weak never had to pay before but all of a sudden u have to
Food was what you expect from Moe's. The dining area was on bad shape though. Every single table was dirty and stayed dirty for the entirety of my visit as did the floor. Most of the salsas were either completely gone or were at the nasty end. Most of the employees seemed to be preparing food for the dinner rush but there was more that one very clearly doing nothing. It was slow so I understand there may not be that much to do but it doesn't seem difficult to wipe down literally any tables. Felt gross to eat surrounded by discarded food and trash.
I've reserved my rating of this place for MONTHS in order to give them the benefit of doubt, but EVERY time I've gone in there there's been an issue with my food or service! The manager, to his credit, resolved the issue each and every time, but there shouldn't be issues EVERY time! I don't know if it's complacency amongst the staff or they need to be retrained in customer service procedures, but as a customer, I expect a pleasant attitude, attention to my order, not be made to feel rushed, not have my order prepared improperly or have items missing which were paid for, etc. It's incredibly frustrating because I'm disabled, and would LOVE to be able to pick up my order and just go.... but NO.... not at Moe's... I have learned to go thru my bags and remove EVERYTHING in order to verify my order, which can be tedious and painful, especially if I've already run other errands. I mean, how difficult is it to fill an order correctly? It actually started making me think that this location purposefully does this because they figure people WON'T BOTHER coming back to correct their order or follow-up on a missing item... but they make SURE to give out the big bag of tortilla chips for the sloppy salsa bar... SMH.... bye Felicia! I mean, Moe's! I enjoy the food, but your service drove me AWAY.....
If you like tacos made the way you like them this is the place to go. Great customer service
