Really dont know how this place is still in business. I guess its just all the drunk kids after 5 points still patronizing this sad establishment. Ordered a tint calzone with barley any substance and a sad excuse for marinara sauce that cost me 10.40 after tax. After checking my bank statement the next day they charged me 15.40 and I always take notice to write neatly on receipts so this was no accident in my opinion. Called for a remedy and it has been to no avail. Very poor business and this is nothing new for these clowns from what I've seen and heard.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Food is OK, but not worth dealing with the employees.
Awful customer service on the phone. Manager was totally disrespectful when dealing with my ordering issues. In fact he was smarting off to me when I told him of them. Price was different from what was stated on the website. Website would not work. Delivery time on a Tuesday night of close to an hour.
I think they need to stop taking their reputation for granted and start backing it up with appropriate service and decorum when dealing with customers.
Eddie's Calzones is a great place to get an amazing Calzone. They are innovative and their menu has a lot of creativity. I go there at least once every two weeks.

I did not call the establishment because I was unaware that I needed to babysit and thought that since I paid money I would receive what I paid for. After I realized that they were not going to deliver the food, I went to bed with intentions to resolve the issue in the morning.
I will try to keep this review as short as possible while still getting the facts across. Shortly after 1:30am on Sunday September 17 I placed a 3 calzone order for myself and a couple friends for delivery. I paid over the phone with my debit card. We waited up past the time the establishment was open during which time I never received my food. I also never received a call about my order. The next morning I called the establishment and very politely asked for a refund on my order. They said I needed to call back at 7:00pm when the manager was in. Due to other obligations I could not call past 7:00pm. I called the next morning. I was told the same thing. I called the manager after 7:00pm and they said it was too late to do anything but if I emailed the contact email on their website that I could get in touch with the owner and get a refund very easily. I sent an email to the address I found on the website. After providing the information requested I received an email at 2:30am this morning saying that they would not give me a refund because I must have fallen asleep because I didn't call the restaurant. The following is a quote from the email I received.
Eddies is clearly a local establishment. I respect its pedigree and its dedication to staying open late for hungry customers. That being said, the management and reciprocal respect given by the employees has been really lacking in the past years. I don't think the recipe for the calzones is very authentic, coming from a second generation Italian family myself.
I love the touch about delivering the food at all costs. Obviously this isn't true but the fact that hypothetically speaking a driver will deliver food at any cost whatsoever is very humorous to me. The rest of the email was written in a language that made me feel like I was on trial or being accused of lying which I would never do especially for services that I paid for. I currently filed a case with my bank and will get this resolved no matter how bad the terrible owner wants to keep their $41.20. I am writing this review to all the other people out there that will eventually get screwed by this terrible company. You will be treated like you are the one at fault.
