Anika was wonderful with her postive flair behind the bar she really knows how to entertain
Experience was mediocre for an Applebees. After waiting for five minutes for a server to get our drink order it was obvious he did not want to be there. By the end of the meal the server did the absolute minimum a server should do. The food tasted good, just displeased with the server.
Nice place and atmosphere to eat. Close by shopping mall and local stores. Service tonight was awful. The server seem not to care about his area. Food appeared to be just thrown together without care. This never happened before at this establishment since I've been eating there.
I was very pleasantly surprised by our first visit to Applebees in probably 10 years. It started off a little rough: the atmosphere was hectic ($1 Long Island Ice Tea night.) and loud. I'm not sure but I think the hostess called us "dog". Luckily, our waitress was excellent and friendly, anxious to please, and polite. And the dishes that we ordered were outstanding. My husband is still raving about his Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp with roast potatoes. I had the BBQ Brisket Tacos with fries and cole slaw. It. was. to. die. for. So tasty and imaginative. The prices were good and the value was great. Any reservations I had about the ambiance were over-ridden with my first bite.
Atmosphere was dry... and it kinda smelled like mildew... needs a good cleaning and new carpet
