We never even made it to our seats. We had a party of 7 and the manager told us that he had just seated several large parties ahead of us and that we would be waiting for a long time for our food even if he was able to seat us. He never even tried to focus on customer service. He was very rude and we left and had a fabulous meal somewhere else.
First time coming here was tonight and we absolutely loved it!!! Excellent food and amazing service! We will definitely be back very soon.
We are sitting here eating and someone walks in the front door with a delivery. He's got boxes of food (frozen) on a hand truck and looking for the kitchen
Horrible service from the management. I wanted to order two kids meals because they did not have those dishes on the menu and the manager came out and denied my order because I wasn't a kid. His whole attitude was horrible and I will not dine here ever again. I have informed all of my friends that dine here on a regular basis to go elsewhere. And I'm only giving one star because I can't write a review without it.
My wife got the Shrimp & Grits. We both agree that this version is the worst we have ever had. It looks and tastes like shrimp and grits drowned in VERY watered down brown gravy. It was very, very bland.
Came with my wife for a date night. Our first time. The place is nice and clean. The greeter was polite. Our waitress also polite and full of energy. However, a restaurant has to survive on the food they serve and my wife and I were not very impressed.
I doubt we will come again.
I got the Mahi Mahi with pineapple salsa which was served beautifully. I was very excited! The seasoning was very good but the fish was very dry which made it hard to eat. Which is a shame, I imagine this would have been fantastic if the fish was not so dry. The salad that it was served on however was very nice.
