Don't miss a week without eating here! Price is that good and four different types of B B Q. Broccoli salad and greens are my favorite which I don't even eat anywhere else. Well established business . If they move then I will move. You will enjoy meeting Champ, Good man that puts his heart into his business. Best fish in the state as well!
The staff was very kind and pleasant, although the cook didn't like my criticism especially when I said my BBQ would destroy what I just ate. He did offer me a gift card and was cool about everything I politely declined. I wasn't looking for a refund nor complaining to get one, just wanted to let the cook know the food we had on this day was not made with love. So the food I would give 2 stars, but because the staff and the cook were polite I think 3 Is fair.
The people are friendly, respectful and generous. I seen two employees walk two different people to their table carrying their food in which, the customer was able to carry their own. Food is magnificent. Love the wings, vinegar based BBQ and the mustard based BBQ. The tomato based BBQ not to bad either. If you don't try them out, you're cheating yourself out of a great experience.
When it comes to BBQ, I hold them to a higher standard than a lot of restaurants, as BBQ food should be made with love. Being a buffet, I understand it is going to be lower grade meat, however, if I can not get through one plate because the meat is nasty and can tell it is reheated and over boiled, then I am over paying.
I have eaten tons of BBQ and none of it compared to here. All you can eat brisket, chicken, pulled pork, pork roast, kielbasa, pork chops, and all the sides that one would expect to go with BBQ for $9 and it includes deserts and drinks...are they mad? I have paid twice as much for half as good food. I had gastric bypass 4 months ago and could not even eat half a plate, but I would pay that price again and again. I even spoke with the owner and he was especially nice and was willing to go put of his way to give extra service. I will definitely be looking this place up every time I am in the area. If you are reading this you are probably thinking about going here, don't think about... Just go!
I know there's a big chain buffet that claims to be the best buffet in the USA but I would have to disagree. My husband and I LOVE little pigs! Great food at a price that won't break your little piggy bank. We are never disappointed when we go here.
