I'm a regular patron at chili's restaurants. And it can be a real hit or miss depending on the area. But this chili's is always the friendliest one I attend. They open the door for me and my wife when we arrive and they are always laughing and smiling when they serve us. The food is always great and I love getting salads here because it never fails to be fresh. Eat at this chili's.
September 1, 2017. I was in Chilis on Two Notch Road in Columbia, SC with my husband and 2 boys. I don't do reviews but this one I had too. Now don't get me wrong, my food was good and our waiter was great. I had a concern with how I saw one of the manager talking to his staff. I couldn't believe how he was speaking to them and treating them. This is the second time I've witness this, the last time I was in there was in August. My husband also wanted to say something to the guy. We both were shocked by it. So I asked our waiter what was his name. He told me the man name was Peter. Even our waiter looked like he wanted to cry because we also saw how this man was talking to him. The other manager was very nice and pleasant but you can see he seem like he was having a bad day. Our waiter also told us how this Peter guy treats the other manager so bad. I've been in a industry like this before where we were treated badly by a manager and it's not a good feeling and it makes you not want to do your job. After seeing what happened in Charleston, SC at that restaurant, management shouldn't be this way. We personally think something should be done by this. It's not fair to the employees. Then we left and was getting the boys in the car and smelled and saw 2 employees out back smoking, my husband said that was weed. I'm like really, this is awful. You guys need to not hire druggies or at least drug test cause I don't want my food being cooked by them.
No waiting. My Son bought me lunch. Everything was great.
Stopped by this location for the first time on a Saturday night, was at 75% capacity. Service could be improved, wait time to get ordered items was long, floors had food all over.
Have never been a big Chili's fan but the food was really good. Had the two for $22 meal and got way more than we thought. Onion rings were fantastic as well as the corn on the cob. Crispy chicken has always been good. Will probably go back soon.
