Do not use this company for your property. I had the horrible experience of having them manage my property. After they said my property was good, I did a walk through and found a hole in the side of one of my sinks, holes in the doors, burn marks in the carpet, frayed areas of the carpet. I had them also make the property ready with cleaning and fresh paint. Bad idea, nothing was cleaned, there were areas of the floor that looked like someone spilled something and didn't clean it up, hair everywhere, dirt on everything, and a very strong cigarette smoke smell. The painters that they hire got paint on every floor in every room. When I brought this up to them, they told me how I could fix all of this and how they couldn't do anything about the damages. So, if you as a property owner want to spend money on fixing all the stuff your property managers miss, this is your place. They will bill you fast for what your renters destroy and not hold them accountable for anything. I would not recomend this company to my worst enemy.
Watch out for these shady people! I have a disability and have a certified support animal. Though she is a staffordshire mix they cannot discriminate against breed stated by the disability act. I've been at my residence for over two years, have always paid rent and now they want to evict me for some bunk reason that's not justified! Do not rent from these jerks!
Wonderful experience. I am a graduate student, which is a population that similar companies often abuse/neglect, but I have had nothing but EXCELLENT service from W&T, from viewing to application to renting. They are professional, efficient, and it is obvious that they care about the actual individuals they serve. Service requests and home upgrades were completed expediently. Please keep in mind that people who post ugly reviews are usually extremely upset outliers and looking for an avenue to vent.
Most terrible customer service and they do not care about their tenants. DO NOT RENT from these people. They rent out old beat down bug infested apartments and try to blame the condition of the apartments on the tenant when they want to move out. When you walk in the office no one even stops to look up at you. That whole leasing office needs to be cleared out. Not only do they not appreciate business that is given to them. They also do not give customer service which is almost half of what their job is about. In no way would I ever want anyone to see me at work acting the way wolfe&taylor employees act and treat customers. Please find new employees that respect themselves and others.
Rude people in the office. I am still waiting for them to take care of the rats in my mother's apartment. As soon as I find her another place, we are out of there. After the arson fire that killed the woman behind the building my Mom is in they promised more security by adding better lighting, cameras....none of that happened. This place is AWFUL. RENT ELSEWHERE!
