I use this company for managing my property. Big mistake... No updates or correspondence in almost a year. When my tenants have issues they call me because the rep is unavailable. What am I paying for??? Feels like a waste of money

I worked with John Bolos - Century 21 about (2) years ago. Let me tell you, it was great experience. At the time I was trying to sell my home, with another agency, with no success. At the same time I was also looking for a new home. When John came onto the scene, I had been trying to sell my place for about (3) months, with no success. We had a few showings, but no offers.
This is the worst company I have ever rented from. I am a good tenant and pay my rent on time. I have lived in their property since October 2016 and have asked for a maintenance person from day one and have been told I would be added to the list and have e never seen anyone. I asked for someone to come out to look at a pool pump and was told the only way they would fix anything is if I renewed my lease after they raise the rent 700 a month. They are a ripoff and just a horrible company
I saw John's listings online and was impressed by the reviews, so I figured I'd give him a try. After several showings we had an offer and closed shortly thereafter. Next, John helped to find me a new home. Once I found it, he assisted me with the many questions I had about the whole process, all the time being patient and assessable.
I recently bought a foreclosure that was listed with this group. This listing agent Julie Christian was a complete nightmare! I understand that REOs take time but she caused problems and delays at every turn. She accused us of breaking the door knobs off the property. She required that we use her contractor for the repairs needed to pass FHA loan requirements. $1800 extra to the sales price and they had it passing at bare minimum. They turned off the power and removed the lock box the day before closing so we were unable to do our preclosing walk through. They also would not provide the keys to the home and locked them inside and we had to go through a window after closing to gain entry. To top it off her contractors left their trash most not related to the "repairs" in our shed. I took a picture when we first viewed the property of an empty shed. Now there are bags of trash and items that need to be properly disposed of. I'm so disgusted by this entire experience. My only saving grace was my wonderful realtor who stood up for us and was patient and kind.
