This way we focused our resources in an appropriate manner, and we really appreciated it because we didn't waste our money on something that wouldn't help us sell our house. Our home was listed at the very end of March, was under contract in May, and we closed in June. I don't know how many times I felt like I was bothering him with trivial questions, but he never, ever made me feel like I was the least bit annoying with any question I had. He totally understands the relocation process having gone through it many times himself, and therefore I was amazed at how the sale of my first home went without me even being present. Real estate agents are often adequate, but many seem laid back in terms of marketing. Real estate agents should justify the amount of commission they are paid. If you are making money from selling a home that someone else paid for and lived in, then you should earn it. Jae deserves whatever he gets from the transaction - and he doesn't make you feel like your home is the source of his income. He truly wants you to succeed in selling your home. An overall awesome agent (and person in general) who is successful for a reason.
