I rented for this company for over 4 years. They are awesome. They are caring and very helpful. There were a few times I had to ask more than once for something, but I always ended up with good results. Great company!
I rented with this company for 2 years and never had any problems. My roommate and I had a great property near 5 points, loved our maintenance guy, and the two ladies who worked the desk were always very friendly and pleasant to speak with. Any repairs we needed done were always addressed quickly and conveniently. Would definitely recommend renting or buying from this company!
These guys really take care of you and their properties. When something breaks or needs attention, they usually are right on top of it with no hassle or grief. I'm looking into renting from these guys again with my second place because I've had such a great experience with them.
