Hate is harsh. The straw and landscape work is awful unprofessional. Just UGLY!
Horrible place to live! If you live on the first floor, you don't get any windows; instead all you can use are sliding doors, so heating and cooling bills are always high (even if you keep the thermostat at 78 in the summer and 70 in the winter) because of the poor insulation. This place changes management all the time; they recently changed to a new one in December 2017, and they don't even have the maintenance request option available on their website. All you can do is pay rent on the website, and it charges you extra for "convenience fee" if you pay online. It seems like they let anyone in the gym, sometimes trash is thrown everywhere, and 2 of their equipments are broken.
