Dirty & un professional. The staff was very friendly but poorly dressed for a "professional" office. I watched a woman pay a key deposit, only to have her money returned when it was realized the house she wanted to see was already rented to someone else. The office is broken down, smelly, and in major need of repair. If the office is a reflection of the rentals, I'm not interested.
You're going to have to ask them about things 2-3 times before getting a response. Lackluster maintenance crew. Other than that, no complaints. They leave you alone.
Previously if I was late by a few days, I would get an email or a phone call. This company is evil and vicious, and clearly just out to make a buck.
Flea infestation, mold, terrible communication. I live two doors down from the office, and they never contacted me to let me know that if I didn't pay my Balance of $583 immediately I would be evicted. Again, I live two doors down from the office and received no phone call, no email, and suddenly the police are knocking on my door. I received an eviction notice after being two weeks late on rent. I was able to pay the same day as receiving this eviction notice and this all could have been avoided if the office had contacted me.
Too much to say, windows don't lock and they won't send anyone to fix it, they jimmy rig problems and hire the minimum to complete any task. They don't communicate and leave their secretary to ask them "to call you back". Cheap property for unsafe housing with roaches, water damage, shoddy locks (Windows and doors) and mold. Never will do business with them again. Horrible
They are not worst the time are day. They are very sorry.
