Ray Covington Property Management has saved me a great deal of stress. From day one, they have been professional, trustworthy and are always on hand to answer my questions and concerns. They promoted my property on numerous listing services and thoroughly screened for qualified tenants. From that point on, they handled everything from the lease contract, maintenance requests and day to day tenant concerns. I'm thankful to have found a company who knows the business and that I can TRUST!
In the start, the company was great. She answered all of my questions and had great communication. However, after I moved out of the state and left the showing of my home solely in this company's hands, I found that quickly went down hill. My home was shown without the supervision of the realtor. This lead to some very disturbing things being done in my home. I would have never known if it wasn't for my seller's agent, who periodically checked on my home, called me about the situation. I wanted to have a face to face conversation with the realtor, but she would never respond. After starting the termination of the contract it took three days to get my keys back. Maybe this was an out of the ordinary situation, but I personally won't be using this company again.
From the start, Jessica was a go getter! I had three vacant properties which she worked hard to find a great tenant for. She always kept me updated with showing and applications, and within 60 days she had leased all three of my properties. She is a great property manager, and I like the convenience of having my payments direct deposited into my account. I have no complaints whatsoever!
