Honestly if I could give no stars I would. I have worked with this company twice the first time went well (2010) the recent (2015) left much to be desired. They did not have any follow through on getting my house sold (never posted signs or told neighbors), they claimed they worked harder than they did (could not even used a rag to clean up after the workers they were supposed to watch but did not left a mess), and the commission is not up for negotiation (%6). I am reporting them to the better business bureau. Be cautious, I feel they are much better to buyers than sellers.

She literally moved heaven and earth to ensure we could still close on the sale of our house in the wake of Columbia's recent, terrible flooding. We had wanted to work with Jill on the basis of several neighbors and friends who had had excellent experiences. From the moment I first met Jill, I was impressed with her warmth, professionalism, knowledge and vision. On our first visit, she spent well over an hour at our house touring the home and showing us the comps she had prepared. Jill made some very creative, helpful, and doable suggestions to get the house ready to list, taking into account our situation time, family, and budget wise. Not only did this save money but it also saved considerable time and stress, especially since we had already moved out of state while this was taking place. It was incredibly helpful to have Jill reach out to her network when we needed home repairs done after our inspection, and we definitely got extremely fair and competitive pricing from everyone she referred us to. Always calm and collected even under stress, Jill displayed patience and sensitivity throughout the (emotional!) process of selling our beloved home. It was clear she sincerely wanted what was best for us and shared in our happiness when our home sold. She worked tirelessly to close the deal and - this is the icing on the cake - she made it fun! Miranda Lattimore in this office will schedule a home showing and not notify sellers that the buyers are no longer interested in viewing the property. The lack of professionalism and courtesy is disrespectful and casts a shade to other real estate professionals who extend courtesy to both parties.
We just bought our first home with Advantage Realty! Jill and her team were very responsive and personable. They took time to get to know our tastes, and they were very patient with us as we looked and looked and looked for just the right house. When the right house came along, Jill sent us comparators in the neighborhood, went over the contract with us, and walked us through the entire process. She and KerryAnn were both available to answer our questions quickly, and the made the experience enjoyable.
