I really like this hotel, it’s near to the zoo and it’s on the exit so you don’t have to drive much... the staff at the front desk was really helpful with my questions, and stuff.. and the property itself is quiet and clean, I suggest everyone to book a room at this hotel and prices are not that high and it’s safe area...the maintenance team there was very good and also helpful. I was in 2 room (Suite and 2 double beds).. they were very clean, the lobby had fresh coffee, The lobby also had good smell and it was clean... they have a rule where if u stay there for week for two.. you get towel exchange on the 3rd day of your stay and 3rd day for the room cleaning. Which was not bad at all, I was good with that.. the staff at the front desk is good, the manager is really good and helpful.. the staff at the desk is really friendly...
This was first and last time. I was with a colleague and they tried to put separate buildings. They finally put us in the same building. We stepped into Crystal Lake. We were interested he same building. She was on the front second floor. I was on the back first floor. I had no lighting walking to my room. When I reached the corner, I was met by a lurker on a balcony. I was not comfortable. I called the front desk to have them cancel my room and they refused. I stayed with my colleague. The dishes were dirty, but the silverware was new. The shower head is on it's last leg! We live and we learn.
Very nice place. Has a cozy home feel for when your working out of town. Full kitchen an everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Very close to Riverbanks Zoo as well. Sits right off the interstate so close to a lot of things.
Great price and place to stay in. As some have said, the rooms could be updated a bit. But my room was pretty clean and huge. Like a studio apartment. Full fridge and oven. Standard size coffee maker. Could use a tad more water pressure. But what hotel doesn't. Can't beat it for the price.
