The hotel was clean with a friendly staff. Shirley did a great job with breakfast. It was organized and delicious. The shuttle was awesome. We loved the shower. We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was an excellent choice! It was a very good value for the money, especially with complementary breakfast and shuttle services included. The room was spacious and comfortable, as were the beds. All of us were easily accommodated. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, especially as we all arrived at different times. The service at the bar was lacking on a Saturday night, but there was only one bartender who was also making food. I would definitely stay here again, though, and would recommend it to anyone coming from out of town!
Great hotel and location. I’ve stayed here several times for family events. Unfortunately I had to dock it a few stars because there effectively isn’t breakfast in the morning on weekends. Unless you are an infant or senile, you will not make it to breakfast... if you are a normal person that likes to get an extra hour of sleep in on the weekend. I firmly believe when you cough up more than 100 bucks, part of the hotel experience should be sleeping in and strolling into breakfast at 11:30 in your onesie.
The hotel is ideally situated in the Vista section of Columbia. We were we were within easy walking distance of many restaurants and other social locations. We were there to attend the concert, and the hotel shuttle took us to the concert, and was there to pick us up promptly after the concert. The customer service at this Spring Hill was phenomenal.
This hotel features a full bar with a good amount of seating for additional patrons. The prices are pretty fair but that may be forced due to it's close proximity to bars in The Vista. There are three ways to get to the hotel which is a plus and there is plenty of parking.
