Everyone was friendly and if you didn’t want to be bothered, it was no big deal if you put the “privacy please” thing on your door. I highly recommend this place!
Our room was on the second floor and was a nice sized room. Large very comfortable king size bed. Cable tv - lots of movie channels. Nice bathroom - clean everywhere. Room was spotless. Heat worked . Air worked. Plenty of hot water.
The staff were helpful and thoughtful.
Sketchy. I stay in a lot of low budget contractor hotels and I'm pretty immune to grungy rooms and sketchy folks in the parking lot. This one was sketchier and dirtier than most. Big sign on the front door that says the police actively patrol the property. Another poster in the lobby about reporting human trafficking. Cops in tactical uniforms hanging out in the back lot. Dudes reeking of weed hanging around outside our room watching the cops. Room was hard used and plenty dirty in the corners. We checked in, looked at the room, went to dinner, and got a room elsewhere to avoid the drama. The area itself seemed high crime as the Outback had an armed security guard patrolling it's parking lot. The staff acted professional at check-in, but Red Roof's lax appearance code for it's staff certainly doesn't give off a professional vibe.
Easy to get to and not directly on the main road so quiet as well.
I have no complaint about this inn at all. We checked in at 12 p.m., and the process was quick. The receptionists of both night and day shifts know their job very well. The room is worth its price. I could not expect more as all I need in a room staying overnight is just a clean bed sheet, free Wifi, air conditioner working, and hot water available. There was even coffee in the front desk. This place was too good for a short stay.
I am very displeased in staying here at Redroof Inn.I booked two rooms and both rooms are not right. Both bath tubs are DIRTY. I had to put a bath towel inside of the tub just to take a shower. I can't use the hotel phone because there is no cord connected to the actual phone. I had no toilet paper just an empty roll. My refrigerator is turned on but won't get cold.. My bed spread has major holes in them. The lock on the door look like it has been kicked in. The only Good thing about this hotel it is close to the Military base. The other surrounding hotels are full already and I had to drive over 12 hours to get here. This TRULY SICKENS me. I need my money back or something else need to be done soon..
The room was great for the price and the king sized bed was extremely comfortable. The toilet and shower area was very, very small and the heating / AC appeard to be really put of date. Overall this was a good stay though and the front desk was incredibly friendly.
We came in the late evening during hurricane Irma and were lucky enough to grab one of the last rooms available - with three dogs in the car with us.

Did I mention having our dogs there was great?! It was! There’s a doggie potty area with bags and it was kept clean. Nice area around the parking lot to walk too. Stayed for five days and would stay there again!
