Staff was nice until I asked for a refund because of an issue with there advertisement of person per room. Plus room was very dirty.. I'm surprised to see other reviews saying they're clean.. mine had stains on floor and sheets, the top sheet was horrible looking, the room was hot and the whole hotel smelled musty and like mildew.. like they don't try to use the air conditioner to save money. I ended up leaving here to go to a Embassy Suites, sure more expensive but it was like night and day. I would never use this hotel again and it's a shame that they carry the Ramada name because it's not being represented the way it should.
I wasn't impressed. A place once nice going downhill. Sad
Affordable price, the double queen bed room is clean and deodorized. I have a good one night sleep on comfortable bed. Location is less than 10 miles from the capitol and is right off freeway.

Hotel was in a good location, felt safe and secure. Front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful. It's an older, small hotel but it seemed well kept. The room is not the Ritz but it felt relatively clean. The chair at the small desk was pretty dirty. For the price of the room in the Columbia area I would stay there again if needed. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good. I give it 4 stars!
I had one stay in the Ramada Inn off of Garner Lane. Based on that stay, I can say that I did not have a bad experience. The room was pretty clean and spacious. It had a nice sized bathroom and was quiet the night I stayed. Check-in was simple and so was checkout. Maybe because it wasn't a major event at the time. Overall, good stay.
