It was FILTHY! We couldn't even take our shoes off! We were absolutely disgusted by the dirty floors& carpets and the bathroom facilities were deplorable. Everything smelled of smoke and mildew. We were informed that they were undergoing renovations but this was pure filth and not associated with the renovations. We did not stay. We went to the Wyngate up the road.
Horrible! Outdated, dusty, musty, scary no cables, elevators broke, trash in the hallways, toilets flooded, dirty tubs, only flat sheets...NEVER AGAIN!! I CAN'T EVEN GIVE IT A ONE STAR. Never again

THIS HOTEL IS HORIBLE!!!!! BED BUGS POOR ROOMS RAGS AND TOWELS WERE DIRTY AND THE TUB IS DISGUSTING!!!! PLUS NONE OF THE ELEVATORS WORK YOU HAVE TO WALK UP THOUSANDS OF STRAIRS!! Do not come here EVER!!
Never again will I ever stay here. After a long day, came to my room to go to bed and before I could get to sleep, I had visitors in the form of bedbugs!!!!! Then different kinds of bugs were crawling on the ceiling!!! Never again!! Wish I could give it less than a one!
