"Gym" had run down, squeaky equipment. Breakfast was good, staff very friendly, room reasonably clean, pool was nice
Great location. Easy on/off highway. Pool and workout room was great. Free morning breakfast was wonderful. I would have given 4 stars...but there was a used condom in the trash can in the room when I checked in. The front desk replaced the liner...but was the trash can missed during cleaning or used AFTER the room was cleaned??? I received an apology...but gross!
Very welcoming to our family and pets. We were headed out of town after being evacuated for hurricane Irma and the staff were helpful and pleasant while we were tired and stressed. We got a good nights rest, though the pillows on the bed were very soft and comfortable they were quite small. We had a great breakfast before heading on the road again. I'd definitely stay here on another trip north but I'd bring my own pillow. Overall it was a wonderful stay.
Stayed here for Thanksgiving, continental breakfast was on point, front desk staff is incredibly polite and attentive. Rooms are slightly dated, but are well maintained. My room had microwave and fridge, which I feel was an added bonus. So many hotels have gone so commercial and taken those out, or only provide a really small fridge that doesn't provide a lot of space, to make u order from their kitchen. Great shopping & restaurants just a few miles down the road. I will be staying here next year!
Great location near Fort Jackson. Super cool staff the guy from overnight. The housekeeping ladies are very nice and fun to talk. They'll clean your room at anytime. I stayed here for a week and everyone was professional and courteous to me and my company. The rooms are small and the bathrooms should be remodel a little to keep up with the quality of the hotel.
