The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. Clean rooms and let us book late and come in late in the night after our first motel ended up being absolutely aweful. Clean sheets and linens in the rooms. Coffee in the morning was great. Vending machines in the lobby and laundry upstairs. The place all around was pretty good and close to the base like we wanted. They did have a little work going on in the parking lot so it was taped off in certain areas but not bad. You could hear the neighbors a little but still a pretty good place for the price. Pretty happy with it.
We spent three nights at this motel and enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning system kept the room comfortable without a lot of noise. Things were clean and fresh. The personnel were friendly.
Been a while since I was here but thought since I had not written a review on it I would now. The times I was here I was very satisfied with the arrangements. One of the things I like best is my dog (Dixie) gets to stay with me. She says she likes it here. :)
While looking for a motel close to Fort Jackson, a Mom in a Facebook group checked in and said great things about this location. I booked right away after that. The room was clean, the location was easy to get in and out of and the pricing was great. The best thing about this stay was the staff. Every person we encountered was so nice and polite. Well done! I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area. Thank you.
The front desk staff was amazing. Somehow our reservation for 2 beds in non-smoking was not "guaranteed" but the front desk lady did everything she could to work with us on the issue. The room we landed in (with only 1 bed despite her best efforts) was non-smoking but really smelled of stale smoke. Aside from that, everything was clean and comfortable. The service of the front desk deserves a 5, but overall I'd give the experience a 3 based on the mix-up of our room, smoke smell, and mold in bathroom.
