This hotel was a nightmare. Received a room that had had the door kicked in. Door jamb was lying on the dresser. Door could easily be pushed open. The sofa bed was broken and couldn't be retracted so was left open. Half of the lights did not work. I complained and asked for another room. They refused saying they were sold out and all the rooms assigned even though most people had not checked in yet. There tried to tell me they'd refund my money and I could go elsewhere. When I refused ( as I had just driven 14 hours) and demanded a new room they called the police on me! Also, most of the exterior doors were broken allowing easy access. The halls and stairwells were strewn with trash. The interior door handles were broken. The staff was unbelievably rude and incompetent. DO NO STAY HERE. It is dirty and unsafe I had to sleep with a chair jammed up against my door!
The room smelled horribly of smoke which is probably why the windows were open. There was a roach on the wall. The breakfast was instant oatmeal and packaged muffins with coffee or hot chocolate. There was a full trash bag that sat outside our door the entire time we were there. It is NOT handicapped accessible. But the lady at the desk was super nice and did as much as she could.
The extended stay room was pretty great! There was one minor caveat where the water went out through the entire hotel due to plumbing maintenance, but otherwise, I was quite happy with the experience! Clean room, great price!
After reading the horrid reviews, I was worried about this place. However, the room was clean and spacious and the front desk clerk was very friendly. I am concerned that no sheets were available for the fold-out bed or clean towels because they were still being laundered. We arrived at 4:30 (regular check in time is 3). Why wouldn't they have extra linens available? The room was minimal, but we were only here for one night.
This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed on. There are lots of roaches in the bathroom and near the bed. Cleaning services are supposed to be once a week, but they only do it once every 21 days. "Sorry you got skipped" is what they will tell you in the front office. Additionally when I checked in to the room there was food in the cabinets and items under the bed belonging to the people who stayed here before me. Now amenities, the outdoor pool is gone. It's been filled with concrete. Also only 1 out of the 4 dryers work, good luck guessing which one it is on the first try or you'll get your cloths 40 minutes later only to find out they're still wet. Stay away from this place, filthy and full of lazy employees that don't do their job.
Cons: No sheets for fold out sofa bed available, no towels available, breakfast is not continental (they call it grab and go), hotel double charged my card and it took two weeks to get refund, no elevator
Pros: Easy to get to location, friendly staff, clean room
