Room 412... Beds are comfy. But the shower didn't have a liner with the curtain so water got EVERYWHERE. And no floor mat...And no lamps plugged in. The floor is stained...the tv is fine, so is the microwave. It's otherwise clean. When the renovations are finished it'll be a lot nicer. The fitness center was nice. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating when I went to them about my problems with the room.
Recently visited the DoubleTree hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the remodeling efforts. Very professional establishment with a posh lounge area, bar, and restaurant. The five story hotel had clean rooms, but the elevator was quite small. The hotel is located right off the Interstate and has plenty of parking available. Finding the main entrance to the property can be challenging if you are not familiar with the area.

The room was fine. It was clean and had everything I needed. The location is convenient to I-26 and I-20, but it's not located in the better parts of Columbia. They were remodeling, and the updates will be very nice. It will be a nice hotel, but there's not much to do in that part of town.
This was the best stay I’ve had in a long time! Very clean and professional, friendly staff! Loved room service and the bed was comfy. I’ll be back in a month to stay for 3 days, two nights.
