I have a clean Room everything here is in working order, they have a few minor cosmetic details but other then that its perfect. The front desk is very helpful and friendly and took care of me right away so they get a 5 stars.
Basic good night's sleep. Bed ok and clean. Room temperature comfortable. Desk chair was broken. When tried to call desk phone didn't work. No tissues. Ice bucket logo said best western. Breakfast was nothing special.
Rooms are clean and well equipped. Beds as comfortable. The last star is missing. Cause the bathrooms could improve a little. On the other hand the staff is very Hellfull, big smiles that give you a worm welcoming experience. The included. Real fast is very well sorted and generally delicious.
Spent our 3.5 days here..first thing that o noticed was the wonderful smell. It's very welcoming. Breakfast was good and about 10 min drive from fort Jackson. If I ever come back to columbia.. I will be booking at this place again!
Staff was polite, but slow check in. Mold on ceiling in room and bathroom. I didn't see it at night when I checked in, it was late. Nothing other than " I'm sorry" from staff. Check carefully if you stay there. Breakfast buffet was sparse
