Visited Sylvan's to get an appraisal of a jewel returned to my client today as part of a dispute resolution. Due to time and geographic constraints, my client could not get the appraisal done at Sylvan's. Nevertheless, David at Sylvan's went above and beyond to help my client determine the jewel's authenticity and GIA number, right then and there. I don't write reviews very often, but David's willingness to help, knowing we were not paying customers (today), speaks volumes. Needless to say, he earned a loyal customer today.
For any significant occasion, Sylvan's is the best place to purchase from. Great customer service and wonderful products. Their diamonds are second to none. Charles, Cheyenne and the whole staff are extremely friendly and helpful. If you are a first time buyer, they will take their time to listen and then provide options. They are also willing to share their knowledge of diamonds so that you are better educated on your purchase. They are not "pushy" like some stores and don't ask what it would take to for you to buy from them. Sylvan's helps, educates and lets you make your own decisions. At the end, you have a beautiful diamond of your choice. I can't thank Charles and Cheyenne enough. My jeweler of choice in Columbia.
