Moseley Diamond Showcase on Broad River road is the best. Friendly, very helpful, not pushy. Have purchased items and this last time I had a problem with my watch, the battery, I bought a life time battery, reasonable. If ever goes dead again, walk in, explain and they replace right away. They ALL make you feel right at home. I have been to other jewelers here and out of state and none come close to Moseley. Net result of other places, I sais thank you but no thank you, turned around and walked out.
During my first visit I met John Moseley. I instantly felt like I had known him my entire life. I was nervous & apprehensive about what I needed to have done & he made me feel totally at home. No question seemed unreasonable for me to ask.

I was in need of an appraisal for insurance and I had a loose diamond. A friend of mine recommended Moseley's and I had a GREAT experience from the moment I walked in the door. They also helped my fiancé and I find a wedding band for my oddly shaped ring which had no matching band. I was over the moon when all was said and done. We even found a band for him as well. I had a great experience with Moseley. I wanted to create an engagement ring using the stones from my fiancé's great grandmother's ring. The designer at the Broad River location worked with me to find the design I wanted. They were very easy to work with and made good suggestions and really tried to understand what I wanted. When I had an idea or made a suggestion they always came back with exactly what I was looking for. The design process was made easier by the mock-ups and concept art they sent me. Once I settled on a design they were able to take Great Grandmother's stones and use them in the design. The finished product looked so good; I could not believe they were the same diamonds. Delivery, payment, and the entire process was pain free and exactly what I wanted. The jeweler made sure everything was sound and perfect. They even went the extra mile to make sure I had the right box for the ring. I just want to thank TC and the entire Moseley team for making it happen.
