Love getting all my Gamecock gear there. I have been a life long customer since they were at the old location next to Kroger off St. Andrews Road. Bought the pic they had on the wall in their moving sale the one of the "Catch" from the USC-UGA game back in 2001.
If you are planning on purchasing jewelry that you need by ANY specific time (apparently no matter how far into the future) DO NOT GO HERE. We purchased a wedding band well in advance for our wedding that needed to be sized. We were guaranteed at checkout that it would be at the store a week before the wedding at the very latest. Of course when we went to pick it up on the date they gave us, it wasn't there and "should be" by the next day. Fast forward a (ring-less) week. Two days before the wedding, it still isn't ready and "should be" by the next day. Where had we heard that before? So here we are, the day before our wedding, which is out of town, and do not have the wedding band. This place is horrible. The customer service regarding the situation was the worst part! The manager was a jerk about it, and the employees clearly showed their lack of concern. Thank you for making my wedding THAT MUCH more stressful!!!!!

The manager TONY was wonderful. The help and attention we received was perfect. We are getting married this weekend and bought a ring a month ago that needed to be sized. The work was done on time as promised looked great and perfect fit. I could not possibly say enough about our experience here. I'm using my grandfathers ring which has many years of love built in Tony polished and cleaned the ring to look like brand new. Making our special day beautiful thanks to you all. Will never shop anywhere else .
was in the store last week searching for a 20 year anniversary gift for my wife and the person helping, britnay I believe her was, not sure but she was short heavy set with dark hair was very rude and seemed like she didn't care about answering my questions or didn't know the answers to my questions. after 30 minutes I gave up trying and went to Jareds. if you go to this location don't get her.
