Very frustrating encounter.
Beautiful store with exquisite choices. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, and stayed well connected with me as I was trying to decide on a ring for my daughter. Buying this ring was a very special gift and it had to be just right. I am so thankful for the Sandler's. This ring will go down in generations. They have a customer for life!
I purchased an engagement ring here at Sandlers. The staff was friendly and very helpful, and took the time to educate me about all my different options, about cuts and diamonds. The customer service was truly helpful. They also work with me to find something within my budget. I was informed of some payment options that were available. Victor and his team are absolutely stellar and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing an engagement ring.
I went in to have one watch repaired and polished, one watch sized to fit my wrist better and to discuss the purchase of a Rolex. Unfortunately we could not get past the watch repair and polish. The individual that I encountered seemed to be irritated. The store was empty which now I understand why.
I would not recommend. This was my first visit as we have recently moved to Columbia from Charleston and will be my last.
