Me and my husband came here looking for an engagement ring and band set for me. I wanted something nice and good quality but affordable. They were awesome. They were very patient which can be hard when dealing with me. They helped me pick the perfect set. The set is gorgeous well made and just all around great quality. I love that they were patient with my daughters and always ask about them. Needless to say i will be doing all my future jewelry purchases here. They make you feel like family and a valued customer. I could go on lol... But i wont. If your reading this dont take your money to one of those big chains like kays or zales which is where i always use to go . Kings is where to go. Great customer service beautiful jewelry and competitive pricing.
This is where I purchased my wife's engagement ring, our wedding rings, and all jewelry since. Ian and JP are excellent and have become like family. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
Apparently trolls are not accustom to having their comments being followed up with live conversations hence the additional need to complain about a situation they are potraying in a complete falsehood.
If I could give a negative star I would. I called to as a question and I was rudely hung up on.
In addition, someone from the store called me back and started to harass me for writing this comment.

I would have removed this if the call back had been to apologize and resolve the issue.
I run a business myself and understand that pressures of doing so but I would never act this way.
I was a witness to the 'if i could give a negative star'. It is totally unwarranted as the customer wanted details for a service not provided and the sales person provided the customer an alternative. Said customer then wanted to perform internet research on the information while keeping the sales person on the line. The sales person informed them they had other in store customers and calls to attend to and that there was no additional information they could provide, informed the customer on the phone of this and gave them a polite good-bye and moved on. Said customer below apparently got their feelings hurt and proceeded to express this online in the negative review. They were appararently shocked when confronted about their comments as the sales person kindly returned the call and explained the situation.
