A Christmas gift early! Ray helped me through all of the techy stuff that I haven't been able to do for years. Love the people here. Will always come back to get the help I need with my electronics. Didn't even charge me rent for the amount of times I've been there.
Adam was a phenomenal! I was locked out of my phone while hospitalized. My mom brought it to him and he fixed it immediately. He salvaged my old iPhone 6 (mint condition) so my mom had an upgrade from her iPhone 4. Thanks Adam!!!! Keep up the AWESOME work!
I got my iPhone 7 screen replaced a few months ago. The price was reasonable and I even got a discount for being a student at USC. But, shortly after my phone started having some issues. It would open apps on its own then switch between various ones. Then I noticed white lines on my screen. I decided this time I would take it directly to an Apple store. When I took it there I had to get the screen replaced again. They actually said the issues I was having were probably caused by the repair I had done at SmartPhoneMedic and having it repaired by a third party voided my warranty so I had to pay for the repair with them. In the future I am going to go straight to Apple, even if it involves driving an hour to Augusta.
This place is awesome.. I had an issue with my phone. I went in told them the issue and one of the owners came out fixed my phone within 15 minutes and did not charge me. Everyone there was so friendly. I would recommend going to see them before calling your cell phone provider..
