I am very unsatisfied with my installation at the two notch store. Not to mention how rude they were when I called in with concerns about my install. They are over priced for the quality of work they do. I took my other vehicle to Best Buy in lex and they did a GREAT job for a very reasonable price. My installer name was Chris.

Good atmosphere
Charged me $280.45 .. to hide my wires for my amp , They did NOT change any wiring ( after they told me that was included in the $280 ) My amp is cutting off , told them about it , they just turned the power lower and said " Its Fixed !" I understand that they are in the field to make money , but ripping customers off is not the way !!!
Very precessional service and great pricing. I have used this location of Norton's for several of my cars and have always been pleased with their work.
