Thus far not good. Purchased a television/firebox stand on Saturday. Paid the additional $129.00 for set up and delivery. Was told that they were able to deliver and set up the next day on Sunday. The delivery arrives, boxes are unloaded in my upstairs den, and drivers depart with the explanation that they don't do assembly and set up. Contact store, where I am told that a mistake was made, and they don't do the standard set-up on this item. They will have someone come out later in the week to install. Another 4 hour window of time has to be established where someone can be home, and large boxes remain sitting in the middle of my den, making it fairly unusable for the time being. When I complain and ask for compensation for this mistake, I am at first told that they are already "soaking up" the difference because I should have been charged $199.00 for this service, but they will still do it for the $129.00 since it was their mistake. Not acceptable since I, the customer, have been inconvenienced by their mistake, and they have signs throughout their store that their sales person referenced when quoting the $129.00 delivery and set-up. Requires 2 additional phone calls to general manager who finally agrees to refund half the delivery and set-up charge ($65), and schedules someone for assembly to arrive at my home today sometime between 8AM and 12:PM. I make arrangements to have someone sitting at my home at 8:00 AM to meet the assemblers whenever they might arrive. 9:30 AM we receive a call that someone has had a family emergency, and we must once again reschedule for the assembly. Another day for me to arrange to have someone waiting at my home, and another day of large boxes sitting in my den. NOT ACCEPTABLE!! What if all businesses could not service their customers whenever someone was out sick or had family emergencies. I am a teacher. Fortunately, our schools do not have to close the doors anytime a teacher gets sick or has a family emergency. H. H. Gregg, I truly expected better!
Their products are sub-par and their customer service is terrible. I have been dealing with a lemon fridge they sold us for over 6 months now. NEVER buying anything from them again.
We purchased a Samsung French door refrigerator and are so pleased with our experience and new refrigerator. Jay and Ray were so helpful and knowledgeable. Our delivery was so speedy and pleasant, exactly when they said they would be here. Cliff and Carl were great!
