Dr. Williams was my daughters primary care physician until yesterday. That was my last and final visit at this practice. I scheduled well visits for my daughters three months prior to their visit. All the insurance information was taking during the scheduling. I was contacted and had to reschedule the appointment because the doctor was not going to be in during the previous time. So I agreed to another time that both my daughter's could be seen. I rescheduled my time off with my job to fit her schedule. I was contacted twice before their visits to confirm their appts. Neither time was I told to bring their insurance cards because we have a new system and it needs to be scanned in. I get to the office 10 mins early with my daughters. I was asked for their cards because they needed to be scanned in. I told her their information is still the same but if you need the cards I can bring it back by after the visit. The receptionist says I have to have the cards. At this time the nurse calls us back. I explain to her that she is making me go home to get the ins cards. I asked if she could just let my daughter go back and I would be right back. I live 5 mins away. She said she can' t go back alone that she would need to be accompanied by me. My daughter is 16. She could sit in a office for 20 mins. That was going to be how long it takes for Dr. Williams to come in. I ask the front receptionist if I can bring the card back. She says I have to have it before she can be seen. So I take my daughter with me and run home to get her card. My oldest daughter is being seen while we are gone. I get back in 20 mins and gives the receptionist the card. She scans it in and asks for all both cards and my license again. I go sit and wait to be called. I start to see the receptionist and others leave the office. So Im thinking its around lunch so they must be leaving to go. As long as my file was waiting with the daughter I figured we would be seen shortly. About an hour later the nurse comes out and says, "Why are you still here". I respond, "We are still waiting to be seen." She runs to the back. Then comes back and ask to see me in a private room. She tells me my daughter she doesn't have to come. I get back there and she says, "Since you had to go get your insurance card and I know that wasn't your fault but Dr. Williams wants to reschedule you." I tell her I can't because I took time off of work and my daughter from school for this appointment so she needs to be seen. She said Im sorry but Dr. Williams can't see you. I told her to tell Dr. Williams that we will be finding a new doctor. The nurse said ok as if she didn't care. They also told me that my daughter could have a annual physical done but I would have to schedule a new appt to get another prescriptions of her adhd meds. That is crazy to have to schedule a separate visit for this doctor to write her another scripts of meds she's already been prescribed. Dr. Williams also told my 19 year old college student that she is too young for a pap smear. This is untrue and if she is having feminine issues than it should have been done. She didn't do a complete physical on my daughter but Im sure the billing will reflect a full visit since she wants an OV to write a prescription. So needless to say, I will be rescheduling my daughter's for a real annual and hopefully I won't have to pay out of pocket due to her incompetence. An entirely wasted day sitting for 2 hours and still not seen.

This place is horrible. I will never go back. I have been a patient here since Dr Hernandez started at the office. It has gone downhill since he has left. Patient care is secondary to pushing bodies through the office. It’s all about numbers now. I was 10 mins late to my appointment due to traffic and a storm. There was not one person in the waiting room when I arrived. I apologized for being late and the very rude receptionist said "Sorry you missed your appointment" I told her I was happy to wait but she did not even look at me turned away and gave me an appointment for 3 weeks from now. I'm in pain and need to see the Dr. 3 weeks is just too long. I waited 3 weeks for this appointment. I really should have sued this place for dismissing my sons call about chest pain. He was experiencing some chest pain and they tried to give him an appointment for 3 weeks later. We took him to an urgent care and they found he had a collapsed lung. He was admitted to the hospital immediately. On top of all this you call and call and no one ever answers the phone. Don't go here unless you just don't care about your health.

I have had to pay for unnecessary tests and they do not code insurance correctly. Didn't even know they actually take my insurance. They set up appointments for one procedure and then tell you they need to ensure your insurance accepts it before they do the follow up procedure, even though my insurance paid for the first appointment. Crazy unqualified.

Incredibly rude person answering the phone and office manager. Patient care is not important, only copays. The place is run as a business, does not care about patients, at all! Dr. Williams is the 4th doctor we have had, cannot keep staff...that should have told us all that we needed to know.

Not sure why others are reporting bad experiences here. They are fast and didn't make this husband feel like a tool, as some ob clinics do. Dr. Castleberry is very practical and genuine
