Terrible place! If you have medicaid which my disabled son does you are not important, she is in and out before you can say anything, first time she sprayed some kind of freeze off stuff on my son warts, came back in about a month to get more done and she tells us it had descenagrated, how are you as a dr going to not have what you need in your office? So now she refers us to Charleston! Like Its 2 hours from Columbia!!makes no sence!
Waited almost two months for my appointment, only to arrive to a lobby full of people and a wait time close to 1.5-2hrs. I carved out time from work for this appointment, but couldn’t wait. I was told that she was seeing people quickly, but I didn’t come there for a quick appointment or to be herded through like cattle.. No thanks.
I had an appointment in the Orangeburg office on a Wednesday at 11:30am. I was not even seen until 2:00pm! I saw several people that had the same issue walk out and or have to reschedule their appointments.They are completely overbooked! Here's the kicker though...I still haven't received my medication because they have yet to call in the prescription! It's now Thursday at 7:43pm. No one ever answers the phone at the Orangeburg office and the last time i spoke to someone at the Columbia she said the prescription would be called in by closing today which was at 5pm! Called the pharmacy...guess what?! Nothing has been called in!
I waited well over two hours to be "seen". She did not even examine all of the areas of concern, or hear all of my concerns; interrupted me while I was speaking. Left the room even while I was attempting to talk to her. Waited all that time for maybe 45 seconds of her attention. She didn't bother to take a full history. The paper work you fill out definitely doesn't cover everything. I left in tears after how rude she was. No reason to go back as she doesn't have time to even pretend like she is treating a patient.
Appointment was 9:45am left by 11am new patient or we would have been out sooner. Staff very friendly.
