This office is incredible. I never even make appointments with our primary care anymore. Everyone in my family has been seen here, and we all have been treated with such great care. I rest more at ease knowing that we have Doctors Care on Hardscrabble to care for us in our time of need.
We had a 30 minute wait. The receptionist was very courteous and professional. Dr. Stewart had a great bedside manner and spent as much time as we needed discussing our problems. We never felt rushed. She ended up referring us to the nearest E.R. and she made sure we were not charged for the visit. I would recommend this Doctors Care to anyone.
I will most likely not choose this location as a first option because from my experience, the staff made the place very unwelcoming. It was as if everyone had a chip on their shoulders (besides the Nurse Practitioner). The atmosphere of a place determines a lot especially when people have to spend their hard working dollars!
Nurse Practioner there took such great care of me. Checked on me the whole time I was there and called me the following day to make sure I was okay. I will go back everytime I don't feel well.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!! They refused to see me because I couldn't afford an outstanding balance I had on my account. I said, ok, I will just stay sick then, and their was response was OK.. Don't go here, this location is always rude!
