Arrived 20 minutes before my appointment signed in and waited to be called up to take my information not once did they call me up . I went up to them the girl at the window try to tell me she called me up when she didn’t then proceeded to get an attitude with me. I waited almost two hours before seeing the doctor. Won’t be going back.
Dr. Serbin is always wonderful- they can get me into an appointment quickly and affordable. Sometimes you wait a bit longer in the waiting room, however, They are super nice, never charge for stupid things and make your visit comfortable.
Dr. Stahl is a great doctor. I have been using Springwood Lake since 1992
It’s truly unfortunate that sweet Dr. Stahl has to be grouped into this review. He is the only reason they even get a star. Appointments at two different times in the day. Both of them were 30 and 45 minutes behind. That’s past a level of acceptable “running late” times. They don’t seem to care either. The staff behind the desks are just plain bad. The location is weird. This whole place personifies the city of Columbia for me. The people here only care about themselves and I’m still wondering if the city is dying or growing. The same can be said for this practice.
