Absolutely no complaints with this practice, I love Dr. Patterson and all the staff that I've met, between Irmo or Gateway locations. The staff always have a smile and answer any questions with no hesitation. Dr. Patterson is the sweetest Doctor I've ever met and super detailed/thorough. She listens to your concerns and works with you to the best path to get you feeling better!! Would highly recommend her to any of my family or friends.
First experience with a "doctor" Hooks where I felt the need to leave and demand back all of my medical info. I would highly discourage anyone from this practice. The doctor is only concerned with trying to flex his brain of which there isn't much of. Everything he said during the visit contradicted itself at some point or another during the "consultation". At least the nurse and office staff I dealt with were good at their jobs. He must practice the phrase "I cannot do anything about that". He is condescending, rude, argumentative and down right bad at his profession.
