I don't what clerical staff the other patient saw, but I found the front desk to rude and condescending. They got my appointment time wrong. They wouldn't mail me information in advance so, I could have someone help me fill it out, and they broke HEPA laws. If it wasn't for the fact that I was referred to one of the doctors, I would have cancelled and requested another ophthalmologist.
