I’ve gone to them since moving to Columbia and can honestly say whether the problem with your vehicle is big or small, they not only fix it, they educate you and truly give you a sense of value that’s hard to come by these days.
I use the HardScrabble location. They are great. The employees that run the front are very helpful. They helped me choose the perfect set of tires for my husband's Jeep for Christmas. I even called around to see if I could get a better price, which I could not. If you are military ,they have a military discount. I have never seen my husband happier with a set of tires. He said they rode great, and the truck was quiet enough to hear the radio. 100% recommend them.
And call to ask about any specials. I don’t see much advertising but they usually have a service on sale.
If Justin is at the front desk, he may not smile when you walk in but don’t be fooled...he’s surprisingly friendly! Actually, I think all the people I’ve encountered at the desk have been nice.
Took my vehicles there multiple times and always a great experience and great service. Whole staff from store manager to the mechanics are always courteous and professional!
I've been going to Pope Davis for years. The service and quality is the best. The manager Justin is always positive, honest and helpful.
