Not only was it repaired quickly and thoroughly, it was CLEANED inside and out... cleaner than the day I dropped it off!!

Never heard a word from them so I called today. Was told it will just be looked at on Friday 9/23 for the first time and parts will be ordered that day. Repairs won't begin that day.

I would not recommend this shop.

Brought my 2015 GMC ACADIA into the shop for repairs after a minor car accident. Dropped it off on a Tuesday, they started work on it on Weds..it was repaired in 2 days as opposed to a week or 2. They were courteous from the moment I called to get an estimate, to the day I picked up my car.

Advised the manager John that I'm very upset and dissatisfied, that this is not what I was told when I left car or I never would have left it to sit for 10 days.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team to anyone needing body work done. Now if they'd only open a shop in NORTH CAROLINA

The people are nice and do an awesome job on body & paint work on vehicles.

No contact since I left my car over a week ago. Was told they'd contact me ASAP with info/estimate, etc and to let me know if car could be worked on sooner at one of their other 6 locations. If not, I was told repairs would begin in 10 days (which is this Friday, 9/23/16). I said please try to move it elsewhere and start sooner. Renting a vehicle while mine is in shop. They said they'd do their best and I'd hear from them ASAP.

He said he'll "try" to get it moved up to be looked at tomorrow. I will be taking my car from this shop and going elsewhere where I can receive proper customer service and communication. Totally unacceptable service and no communication have made an already stressful situation even more stressful.

So just picked up my truck my truck for the second time. (Same accident, truck eas not fixed correctly) The first experience was wonderful. Now this past visit the front desk girl was not only rude to my husband when he dropped off my truck ( threw out his fresh cup.of coffe he had purchased minutes before drom the store but she was rude when i went back. Asked my name turnwd around grabbed my keys and all but threw them at me. No thank you. No one walked out to show me the work done on my vehicle like before to make sure I was satisfied. Would not recommend having to deal with the big butt blond at the front desk or the business on Farrow road.

The gentlemen who works at the front is very professional and has excellent customer service. My car was repaired in no time at all, and they handled every aspect down to the rental. It was a painless experience and they even wipe down the dash and vacuum the floors.
