8/17. Dropped my truck off at 8:00am at Firestone 7204 Parklane RD, Columbia SC. Wanted to have my AC checked. No power to blower motor. Waited all day for a call from them to give me a diagnosis. After work I got a ride back to Firestone. The grouchy lady at the front desk said, "The tech went home and never let anyone know what was wrong with AC". I asked for my keys from the grouchy lady at the front desk and went home. Unprofessional. Will notify Firestone head office.
Third time...... Took my truck on Tuesday night at 5. Was told it would be done by 3. Called at 140 to find out if it was done and I wasn't even in the system. They told me it would be done at seven. Again I call them at 630 to find out nothing had been done. This time it was 2 front tires oil change and windshield wipers.
Courteous staff but time management is poor.They don't update about status of your vehicle.
I have a commercial account with Enterprise Truck Rental and have multiple trucks. Enterprise has a national account with Firestone. On 3 different occasions I have had one of my truck sitting in their parking lot for minimal of 2 days and it comes back that they haven't done the work or only some. And these are just oil changes and tired. First time ...... Took my truck to them to get oil change and Left it on Tuesday night at 5 PM. I had to call them Wed only to find out they hadn't gotten to it and was promised it would be first Thursday. Had to call them 30 before closing Thursday to find out it hadn't been done. Nobody ever called me to tell me what was going on. 2 days wasted
Second time.... Took my truck down to get oil change and front tire. Left it on Tuesday and Again nobody called to tell me anything. Had to call Wed at closing to find out that they couldn't change the tire because it took two Jack's to do it. Same store has changed several tires for me with one jack. This is just a 15 box truck.
Everytime I go up there they have at least 3 guys in the parking lot talking and not working. These guys don't want to make money.
Customer service was great. Reps are honest and don't make you feel that they are trying to trick you and tell you everything is wrong.
Everytime I go there whoever is behind the counter doesn't know how to put an enterprise account in the system but have yet to see anyone call someone who knows and ask for help. I end up standing there looking just as confused as they do for 20 minutes.
Very good experience. I blew a tire on my travel trailer nearby and they took care of my family right away. Thx to Andia who did everything she could to help us out - great customer service. Dave make professional and quick work of our tire.
I started going to my local Firestone about a year ago. Everyday I have to leave it there it cost me a thousand dollars. If you look at the.days above. That's 4 grand
