These guys do paint and body work in addition to towing. They've done good work for us the couple times we have used them. The main place I think they could improve would be keeping customers updated on status and double checking their work after it is done.
I had my vehicle repaired here from an accident. Top notch people work here. Turn around time on my vehicle was fast.
The only positive thing about the whole experience was the poor lady stuck working the front desk for these idiots. After weeks of slacking off and lies, I went and retrieved my car. It was apparent that the manager, and Steve whatever his role is, put off as much work as they can on the front desk person who has to actually interact with the customers they're ignoring. For all I know, maybe the other two locations are alright, but the Newland Rd location is a joke.
