What a Shady on professional place. I went there considering trading in my Honda 919 for a Harley Cruiser. They took my bike into the back for an estimate. After show me several Harley's I finally decided on having them work the numbers on one. We couldn't come to an agreement I ask for my bike back they refused to the point where I had to call the police to get my bike back cuz I didn't want to purchase theirs. I would never let anyone I know purchase a bike from them. Horrible untrusting salesman.
Great team! From sales, to management, to closing, they have a friendly and fast group of people to get it done. No sales pressure, but no nonsense either; they’re ready to sell you a motorcycle. They work hard to get you on what you want for what you can afford. Come here before looking elsewhere, but be ready to leave with a bike :)
These are some of the shadiest “business people” I have ever met in my life. We drove almost two hours to get a bike that we had seen pictures of and even talked to the owner about and when we arrived the bike had much more wrong with it than the owner had led on. We came up with an offer if all of our contingencies were met and we could view it after the maintenance people serviced the bike to our standards. The salesman jokingly said that if you come off as motivated buyers with cash in hand, they would be more willing to accept your offer. At this point we had signed an offer form, but nothing was set in stone, or so we thought. Before we could even inspect the bike again, as we had discussed, they wanted us to sign the title forms. We told them that was not what we had talked about, but they insisted they couldn’t move forward with the inspection if we didn’t sign the paperwork. Right then we told them we weren’t comfortable and we were backing out. Our salesman left and the sales manager returned and said that the bottom line was we bought the motorcycle. We argued that that was only an offer and we didn’t sign any documents, and he got an attitude saying that money was exchanged and that was that. Things got heated as they proceeded to make sexist remarks towards my wife and when she defended herself, they forced her to leave the premises. One of the female employees even had to be held back as if she was going to attack her. After hours of arguing and even getting the police involved, they tried to reason with us and knock some money off the total. We repeatedly explained that we just wanted to take our money and go since technically, we hadn’t signed the necessary paperwork and the motorcycle hadn’t been driven off the lot. Finally after threats of getting our attorney involved he refunded the money and had the audacity to joke that we should come back and buy a motorcycle one day. We feel cheated and taken advantage of. This is a warning to anyone considering going to this joke of an establishment. Save yourself the headache.
Jinna is a once in a lifetime experience when it comes to dealing with customers/people. She was wonderful.
Must have deposits in order to purchase a bike. I'm saying like 4,000.00 on a 20,000.00 bike. Cash only! Used bike's, large variety of different makes and models. Even though the bike's are used they look new. Staff can be nicer. Small supply of leather goods. Hope your experience will be better...
