Hello All! I purchased my vehicle in February of 2017 and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. I thank God for blessing me to have an awesome salesman who wasn't all about the numbers, and getting what was in my pocket. Vick Flemings was a great salesman. He went over and beyond to ensure that I drove off the lot with the car I desired in addition to negotiating the payments that best fit my financial needs. I know it's a hit or miss when purchasing cars at these different dealerships, but I also had to take in consideration that I had a repossession on my credit. So I know it wasn't nobody but the man upstairs that help orchestrate things the way He did. My car was brought from Charleston.... So I truly believe that's customer service at it's best.
This is one of the worst dealerships I've ever been to. I bought a car from this dealership in August and the car I bought has been consistently screwing up since I purchased it. I had not even made my first payment and the car began shutting off on me constantly. Every time I call the dealership to seek help with my mechanical issue they give me the run around and tell me to call during normal business hours so I can speak with someone in headquarters. I had to consistently take my vehicle back to the dealership, when it was working. When they finally looked at it, mechanics advised me they didn't know what was wrong so they had to keep it for a few days to "test" it. Finally they told me it was the alternator. They "fixed" it, and a few days later my car breaks down again! Now they're telling me that they're trying to get in contact with someone in the service department but they're only open during normal business hours. Based off of my interaction today, employees at the dealership are trying to help, but the service department is giving both of us the run around. All I wanted to do was buy a new car to celebrate my birthday and this dealership has done nothing but give me headaches and stress. What an inconvenience! If you're looking for a great, reliable car DO NOT purchase a vehicle from here. Once they get a sale, you're trash to them and you're clearly an inconvenience and low priority!
We got a great vehicle here. Ray was the best! He was very helpful and personable. He explained everything and really worked with us. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
