This was possibly the most epic experience I have ever had in the car buying business. Brett Page was went above and beyond to help me get in my wonderful 2017 Kia Rio. From the Start he greeted me with a smile and handshake. The process was seamless and very quick. The finance Manager Tom Cunningham was amazing to and made me feel at home. If I were to advise anyone to buy a Car it would definitely be at Galeana and buying one from Brett Page himself. What a wonderful experience here at Galeana and would recommend Brett Page to anyone.
*** Update - After submitting feedback on several sites including BBB and the SC Attorney General Consumer linked site, my parents were provided an extended warranty. They were not given the $500 deposit that they were promised, however, they were satisfied with the warranty given and consider the issue resolved with their satisfaction. I would like to thank the dealership for resolving the issue and hope that in the future, they are more careful with their communications, expectations, and the execution of a sale.
Great Experience. I went by today looking for a new car Brett Page came out and showed me around the lot he was very knowledgeable and very friendly. They were very helpful and I decided to make a purchase. Tom also explained the financing and leasing options which helped me make my decision very easy
My parents purchased a right hand drive jeep in the month of November. This is their experience: They required that the extended warranty be included in the deal. Instead of including the extended warranty in the deal, they reduced the price of the vehicle by the amount of the extended warranty and added the extended warranty. This would have been acceptable, however, they neglected to include this amount in with the financing request when speaking with the bank. After telling the salesperson multiple times that I wanted the deposit returned when picking-up the vehicle - which was offered as an option- they neglected to keep this commitment and instead applied the amount to the down-payment. This was a horrible experience. I submitted a complaint to the BBB where the manager has responded indicating that they offered us the option to walk away from the deal and they would return the deposit - which they never offered. Even though I needed the vehicle for work, I would have accepted because of how horrible the experience had been. He also responded as if I was stating that I expected the vehicle cost to be discounted and the extended warranty to be added for no cost, which is not the case. I just expected that the dealership would have been competent enough to request the correct financing amount from the bank preventing a horrible experience and frustration when another employee asked how we would like to pay for the extended warranty (separately) after I made it clear that it should have been included in the deal and I did not want to purchase the vehicle unless it was included. The worst part of all of this is that the manager is responding to the BBB complaint as if he does not understand why it was such a horrible experience.
An amazing experience I had at KIA today. I was in need of transportation desperately. I arrived a KIA and greeting by the most polite young man with excellent customer service skills. Brett assured me that he would have me in a vehicle today. As he promised, I am driving home in my brand spanking new KIA Forte'. God Bless Brett Page !!!
I'm sure everyone would agree that car shopping is not fun, right? Especially on a cold, rainy day!! We were ONLY "looking"! After meeting Brett Page, we were close to purchasing not only 1 car, but 2!!! He is, by far, the best car salesman I've ever worked with - and I've purchased a lot of cars in my life. He seriously made our car shopping experience very pleasant. Not pushy at all; very informative, tech-savvy and knowledgeable; honest; courteous; and he actually LISTENED to us to determine what car would be best suitable for our needs and our budget.
