I shouldn't have to come back more than once so you can look at what you "fixed". You're wasting your time coming here. He will claim he fixed something and then you'll be stranded on the side of the road. Go somewhere else.
Oh yeah, I forgot to say that the full car inspection.... was free. They fixed the loose bolt (aka my tire falling off). Free. (And free tee?!
As soon as I got in the car, I pressed the gas down and already, instantly, could tell a huge difference.
For the rest: Today was the first time I've ever heard of That's My Car. I found them on Google. 8 yrs in business.Tons of reviews. Only1 review isn't a FIVE STAR. And it's from 8 years ago. And I now know why! When I called, Tray was kind and helpful. She then let me speak with Jeston, the owner and 1 of the mechanics. (Never has the owner/mechanic talked to me on the phone) I had to have my car fixed today to go to Charleston. I needed an oil change, tires checked, and wanted a thorough inspection.Especially since I had body work done earlier in the year Bc of dAmage from a pothole.My tire felt like it was going to fall off and kept getting worse.Everywhere else said it looked great but it didn't feel great to me. When I got there, Matt was going to take my car for a spin. They wanted me to ride along!
Great, honest, fair, mechanic shop. I take all of my cars there...follow me ..you wont be disappointed!
They are kind of hard to spot Bc they are not visible from the road. But they are there!! Drive down the skinny road between the two buildings and they're back there! If I could find it, anyone definitely can! It's worth it. I now have an official mechanic in Columbia. Finally! Bc I've lived here 10 years. THANK YOU for making my car safe to drive today! And THANKS for all the great service&friendliness!
This was THE most professional business I've ever seen run before. And they added the extra effort of getting to know their customers. I said extra effort..But it was done effortlessly. Outstounding group of people. THE absolute BEST customer service I think I have EVER gotten. Anywhere. Not just getting my car fixed. But they are just good hearted people trying to help their customers.

I HIGHLY recommend this company. I would give 10 stars if I could. That's My Car is AMAZING. I knew instantly after my phone consultation that I was going to be taken care of. That's My Car really took their time to work with me and explain what the best route was in getting my car fixed. The owner, Jeston and his team went ABOVE and BEYOND to get my car ready as soon as possible! They had my car for 6 hours and it rides good as new! They were efficient and punctual. The parts and labor is affordable. I will definitely bring my car back for any other mechanics needs! Thank you so much for such a smooth and awesome experience.
