I was visiting Columbia for my son's graduation at Ft Jackson. Mobility Works went out of their way to make my visit work, despite my neuropathy. They delivered a scooter for me to use for his graduation for free. That's not even a service they normally provide, but when they heard it was a military family they bent over backwards to help us out. I spoke with Brian and Sara several times and found both to be professional and caring. If I ever need a mobility van, I will be paying them a visit despite the distance.
Sara is amazing! We can't wait to be able to get our van from these awesome people. My grandfather is in a wheelchair and they were so patient and caring towards us.

Bought a used handicap van that they said they did 421 point inspection on and had engine light come on after I took it home. Talked to them about it and they said they would schedule for me to bring it back in. About 2 weeks later and still no word from them. I finally took it to a local shop and they found brake problems, catalytic converter was bad, computer needed reprogram, etc. Ended up costing me over $2,100 to fix when I told them about it they got defensive. Poor customer service and horrible maintenance techs. Don't buy used from these guys. They don't stand behind anything they promise.
Amazing service center. We were traveling through the area when our lift for our RV needed emergency work. They went out of their way to get us back on the road quickly. Highly recommend Mobility Work!
