They keep jacking the price up every time I talked to them with mileage. It started out at 120.00 for a week I ended up paying over 400.oo

Pleasant staff, will get you set up with what you need from trucks and vans to moving supplies. 1 of the young ladies who worked there was even nice enough to offer me a ride to my car after I brought back the van that I had rented from them. Conveniently located in the Fort Jackson area opening early in the morning at 7 a.m.
Ashley is an excellent manager. If there was a problem one of her staff couldn't solve, she was on top of it. She keeps her store maintained very well. Although I am not the largest fan of Uhaul, her location definitely gives the brand/company a better image than almost all of the company's other horribly maintained locations.
Really no star at all, even if you break down in front of this place they are no help. No one knows what they are doing or how uhal works. Save yourself 2 days of aggravation and use the uhal 6 miles away in Cayse South Carolina very friendly knowledgeable and was in and out in less than 10 min. Best part didn't have to put up with old smiley
