The guys that came to move our storage container were punctual, pleasant, professional, and committed to helping our stuff arrive at our destination intact. The office staff responded to every question I had, even on Sunday night, and went above and beyond what they promised.
We moved our furniture into our mobile attic over a two-week time frame, which took the stress and exertion out of having to move everything in and out in one day. Then we stored it at our temporary location, giving us access to our stuff while we waited to move into our new home. When our 6-weeks are up, the MA folks will move our attic one more time, to our new home. They even gave us the option to store the attic on their site for no extra charge. Wow!
The cost was reasonable and much less than their competitors. I felt good about supporting a local South Carolina business. I'd use them again in a heartbeat and have recommended Mobile Attic to several friends already.
Absolutely by far the best choice when deciding to move yourself. Mobile Attic, provided an option for the real estate rule; "at closing, you must be totally out of your house." They dropped off the storage attic at my current residence without anyone having to be home so that I could fill it. They then worked around several attempted house closings by changing there pickup and transfer date several times for me. After finally closing on the sold house, they delivered the attic about 100 miles to my new location, without my presence again and with great care for my belongings. Absolutely the most accomodating option for relocation that I have ever experienced.
Phone reps are very courteous and answer promptly. The delivery and pick up drivers call ahead and ask questions which help in spot on delivery and removal.
These guys are amazing. I had an emergency on a holiday and they let me on the facility even though none of the employees were on site. Incredibly nice and quick to give me all the information I needed. Strongly recommend them to anyone who needs a mobile attic.

The morning of our first move, my husband was at work and unable to strap down the final items to keep them from shifting. They guys generously offered to do it for me, even providing extra straps when it became obvious that I needed a few more to keep everything from shifting.
