Aaron Brown, the Store Manager, was exceptionally helpful to me in as I selected and reserved appropriate sized storage and van reservation on short notice. This facility is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Climate controlled building is well lit and comfortable to navigate. I'm looking forward to moving in where my belongings will be safely stored until I can secure a permanent living space. Hopefully, soon!!!! :-)
Greg and Aaron went way beyond their duties to help us out from day one. We were going through a difficult time with my friends mother being ill. We had to get units to store all of her belongings. At every turn of event that happened along the way,these guys made everything easier for us. They always managed to have a way for things to come through at the spur of the moment when we needed the truck. The morning after my friends mother passed away we only had a limited time frame to move her belongings from the facility and the truck had already been rented. Aaron tried to help locate us another truck even helping me check with other companies since their truck was already rented out for the weekend. Then after about 20 minutes of hanging up with him, Greg called me back to say that the person who rented the truck would let us use it until 4 pm. I was able to go immediately and pick up the van and get everything done and have the van back on time. These two have always gone out of their way to help us. They went out of their way to let us swap units around so that our units would be closer together and get very reasonable discounts during our difficult situation. This for sure was a HUGE stress RELIEF with all that was going on. They also gave us a few extra miles to ensure that the use of the van was affordable to us with all that was going on. If you ever need a great place to store your belongings these guys are the best!.Thank you Greg and Aaron for all of your help during our difficult journey this past year. It has been a pleasure doing business with you.
Long time Columbia resident and 2+ year customer. While not the cheapest storage option, you get what you pay for. The customer service is unmatched in my opinion. Aaron and Greg(?) were a pleasure to deal with. They went the extra mile to ensure a local charity would have access to my unit after I moved. Good people helping good people. They have earned my business and I'll continue to support!
